Granite is acid intrusive rock consisting of potassium feldspar,quartz and anorthose.It is hypidiomorphic granular texture or porphyritic-like texture and massive structure.Granite has uniform structure,solid quality,beautiful color,is the high quality construction stone.Granite stone production line is mainly composed by vibrating feeder, jaw crusher,fine jaw crusher,pounding machine,circle vibrating screen,belt conveyor and electronic control device.

The hardness of granite is relatively high.Coarse crushing adopts jaw crusher.Secondary crushing adopts cone crusher.Third-stage crushing adopts sand maker.Two intermediate bunkers are designed in such production line.The two intermediate bunkers provide uniform and stable feeding quantity for the cone crusher and sand maker and improves the volume of production of the crusher.After being reshaped by the sand maker,the particle shape of material is excellent.The performance of the material is improved.
